All orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard production time is 3-5 business days, depending on the order size, complexity, and current workload. We strive to get our orders completed and turned around as fast as possible.
-Bulk or custom orders may require additional time.
-If your order requires shipping, the processing time does not include how long it takes to ship.

To ensure the highest quality prints, customers must submit print-ready files:
-Preferred Formats: PNG (transparent background), PSD, AI or PDF
-Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
-Color Mode: RGB recommended
-Art work must be sized correctly before submission.

We are NOT responsible for:
-Low resolution files
-Incorrect sizing
-Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer.
Design assistance or file edits may be available for an additional fee.

All custom apparel orders are FINAL SALE once production has started.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless:
-the item is defective
-the order was incorrect due to our error
If there is an issue with your order:
-contact us within 5 DAYS of delivery
-provide photos and order details for review
Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.

-Shipping times vary based on carrier and location.
-We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
-Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If needed, customers may request shipping insurance or signature confirmation at checkout.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Please constact us BEFORE placing your order to confirm availability.

-Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12-24 hours of purchase.
-Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use submitted artwork. We will NOT print designs that:
-violate copyright or trademark laws
-contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

We strive for accurate color representation, but:
-colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes
-exact color matching is not guaranteed
